Returns policy.

1. If parts are Faulty we will replace and if no replacement is available we will issue full refund.

2. If parts are incorrectly sent by us we will replsce and if no replacement is available we will refund in full,Parts must be in original sold condition.

3. If you order parts you do not need r have misdiagnosed the problem with your car then no refund will be given.

4. All claims must be made within three days of receiving the goods.

5. Enquiries regarding delivery of goods must be directed to the carrier nominated by the customer at the time of ordering the goods.To aid tracking parcels  Endevour Engineering can supply the consignment reference number details.
